November Calendar of Events

November 2, 9am-4pm: Marquardt Village Craft Fair. Get a head start on your holiday shopping! The bazaar will feature a wide array of handmade craft and gift items including wood, ceramics, jewelry, bird houses, doll clothes, knit and crocheted goods, ornaments, angels, snowmen, towels, dish clothes, aprons, gift baskets, afghans, quilts, hats, mittens, baby items, and so much more! Admission is FREE! 1045 Hill Street

November 3, 8am-3pm: First Congregational Church Big Indoor Rummage.  Something for everyone and priced to sell!  Concessions available.  120 Kuckkan Lane.

November 3, 3pm-6pm: Watertown Rotary Craft Beer, Wine and Cheese Tasting. Watertown Rotary Club is hosting our 11th Annual Craft Beer, Wine, and Cheese Tasting Fundraiser. This event will feature over 50 craft beers and wines along with 15 different cheeses to sample. There will be a silent and live auction, 50/50 raffle, and appetizers will be served throughout the event. Tickets are $40 before the event or $45 at the door on the day of the event. Watertown Country Club, 1340 N Water Street.

November 3, 7pm-10pm- 1st Brigade Band Harvest Ball. Come join the 1st Brigade Band at its Harvest Ball on Saturday, November 3rd. Everyone is welcome at Turner Hall in Watertown to join in this wonderful tradition. Polkas, Schottisches, Jigs, Reels, Waltzes and more will be played and the band will teach you the steps. Come in costume or wear modern clothes. Tickets are $40 each and include appetizers throughout the evening. 301 S 4th Street.

November 3, 9am-3pm: MBU Fall Festival Craft Fair. 48 vendors will be on hand to help you start your holiday shopping. From jellies, to soaps, to toys, and more! 745 West Main Street.

November 6, 7am-noon: Watertown Farmers Market. The market offers healthy foods that include meats, cheeses, honey, produce and more. In addition, shoppers will find beautiful plants and flowers, décor, and more! Riverside Park.

November 6, 4-6:30pm: Christ United Methodist Church Turkey Dinner. Adults $10 in advance, $11 at the door. Children 6-12 $5. Children 5 and under are Free.  Served buffet style.  112 Hall Street.

November 9 and 10- 7:30pm, November 11th-3pm: Watertown High School presents “Mama Mia!” Adults $13, Students/Seniors $10. Advanced tickets can be purchased at www.goslingmusic.org.

November 11, 10:30am-11:30am: Veteran’s Day Parade and Ceremony. Parade begins at Heritage Inn, to 3rd Street, to Veteran’s Park.

November 17, 9:30am-2pm: 6th Annual Wounded Warriors Craft/Vendor Fair Fundraiser. Crafters, Wildtree, Pampered Chef, Norwex, Tupperware, Scentsy, Mary Kay, and more! Proceeds to benefit Wounded Warriors. Bank of Lake Mills conference room, 400 Bernard Street.

November 16-18: Women’s Only Weekend. The WOW event kicks off Friday evening with swag bag pick-up at Lyons Irish Pub. Swag bags are available to the first 350 participants for $3 each and are filled with goodies from local retailers, $10 in Ladies Loot, raffle tickets and a special WOW souvenir drinking glass. Saturday’s festivities include shopping and dining using Ladies Loot at participating locations. Merchants will also be offering exclusive discounts, specials and give-a-ways. Windwood of Watertown will host the WOW Ladies Night Celebration on Saturday evening featuring drink specials and raffle drawings for over 25 prizes. In addition, there will be Boutique Bingo and ladies can “spin the wheel” for a chance to win $350 in WOW cash to be used after the event at participating businesses. Attendees will also have the opportunity to shop our gently-used handbag and purse galleria! Proceeds from the sale of all handbags and purses will be used to purchase flowers for Main Street next spring. The weekend concludes with the Turner Hall Craft Fair, a long-standing Watertown tradition.

November 18, 9am-3pm: Turner Hall Craft Fair. Two floors of crafts, collectables, and more. Fresh decorated wreaths, snowman crafts, rustic decor, crochet and knit items, jewelry, and soooo much more. Free admission, concessions available. Free raffle tickets for door prize drawings. 301 S 4th Street.

November 18th, 3-6pm: Berres Brothers Coffee Roasters DIY Gift Basket Making. Customize your gift basket to suit the coffee lover in your life. We'll have lots of cute, clever gift items; choose your container and create a unique presentation! Finishing touches are on us; crinkle paper, cellophane bags and ribbons! Enjoy food and drink specials during event! 202 Air Park Dr.

November 22, 9am- Run Turkey Run 5k. Start your Thanksgiving Holiday with a scenic 5K run through the city streets of Watertown, Wisconsin. All proceeds from this event will be donated to Watertown Family Aid, a local charity which provides shoes, coats, and food to families in need. Excellent route, and cool swag! Riverside Park, 850 Labaree Street.

November 24-25, 11am-3pm-Watertown Players and Watertown Historical Society Present “A Christmas Carol” performed at the Octagon House Museum. Each scene of the show takes place in the four main rooms on the first level of the Octagon House Museum. The show will be presented from 11:00 to 3:00 each day, with a new performance every 30 minutes throughout the day. Tickets for the show may be bought the day of the performance on the grounds of the museum. The prices are $7.00 for teens and adults and $3.00 for children 12 and under. As in the past, there will be a special admission offer of up to two children 12 and under will be admitted free with one paid adult admission.

November 24, 5:30pm: Christmas Parade of Lights. Kick off the season at the Watertown Holiday Parade of Lights! This is an event you don’t want to miss. The parade goes down Main Street in historic downtown Watertown and will feature bands, live music, unique parade units and of course lots and lots of lights! Don’t miss the fun. Visit Santa at Santa House after the parade.

November 25-December 15: Watertown Window Wonderland. Enjoy historic downtown Watertown, dressed in its holiday best. Vote for your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd favorite holiday window display. Downtown Watertown. www.facebook.com/WatertownTourism
